Our website serves as a catalog and inquiry showcase for wholesale buyers, retailers, corporate brands, and distributors. Submitting an inquiry through our forms or catalog cart does not constitute a finalized commercial purchase contract; it serves as a formal request for quotation (RFQ) and sampling discussion.

3. OEM & Private-Label Manufacturing

We provide custom manufacturing, custom branding, and private-label production to customer specifications. All client-supplied logos, brand names, and design patterns remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Final production orders are subject to mutually agreed commercial purchase orders, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and formal proforma invoices.

4. Quotations & Pricing

Catalog prices or nominal price placeholders shown online are indicative for inquiry purposes. Actual commercial wholesale pricing depends on order volumes, material specifications, custom hardware, packaging preferences, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.). Binding quotes are issued individually via our official export documentation.

5. Quality & Compliance

All goods are produced under strict in-house quality control standards. Any agreed sample specifications form the benchmark for bulk production batches.
